🎯 In-Unit Board Game Rules (Quiet Gaming Courtesy Policy)

To make sure everyone can enjoy both fun and peace at home, please follow these 5 rules:

  1. ⏰ Respect Quiet Hours (10 PM – 8 AM)
    • Keep voices low and games calm during nighttime hours.
    • Wrap up louder games before 10 PM.
  2. 👥 Limit Group Size to 4 People Inside Units
    • For larger groups, please use community rooms or outdoor spaces if available.
  3. 🧸 Use Soft Surfaces
    • Play on carpet, rugs, or tablecloths to reduce noise from dice and game pieces.
  4. 🚪 Keep Doors and Windows Closed During Games
    • Prevents sound from spilling into hallways or neighbors' windows.
  5. 🔈 Use Indoor Voices
    • Avoid yelling, cheering, or playing high-volume party games (like charades or Mafia) inside your unit.

🫡 “Play with Pride” — Your Neighborly Code of Respect

In our community, fun and respect go hand in hand. We believe in the simple joy of board games — laughter, bonding, and time well spent. But with that freedom comes a shared responsibility: to make sure everyone can enjoy their home in peace.

When you play games in your unit, you're not just having fun — you're protecting a privilege for all. You’re helping ensure that future game nights remain possible, without rules or restrictions.

Being mindful of noise isn’t just a courtesy — it’s a sign of unity. It says, “I care about the family living above me, the night-shift nurse next door, and the baby sleeping down the hall.”

Just like voting, recycling, or holding the door — this is how good neighbors build great communities. It’s the small things, done consistently, that create something we’re proud to call home.

So play on — with pride, with awareness, and with heart.
